We manage the access of our customers to avoid crowds and queues, in order to avoid contact between them. It is perfectly disinfected and ventilated before and after each use. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION PROTOCOLĪ protocol is in place to ensure that all material, rooms or any element related to the development of the activity is safe for use. We have specific rules to avoid overcrowding. We have adapted our facilities and established specific protocols for the reception of participants at our facilities in order to avoid or minimize physical contact. In this case, the reasons and conditions will be studied to evaluate the amount to be refunded to the customer. – It is also possible that the person in charge may consider it necessary to cancel or change the duration of the activity (the decision of the person in charge, as an expert professional, will not be subject to discussion). This evaluation will always be carried out by the professional, and there will be no option to file a claim. – Sometimes, weather changes happen in a matter of hours, and there is a possibility that the client may decide to return before the end of the rental period for safety reasons. In this case, the customer may request a change of date/time for the rental or ask for a full refund. Sometimes weather conditions make it impossible for the boat to leave the port safely, as it would largely ruin such a pleasant experience as sailing and enjoyment (this fact will be determined by the person in charge).
The change will be subject to availability. The client may request a date/time change in his/her reservation up to 10 days prior to the reserved date. Cancellation of the reservation may result in a refund of the money paid, depending on the time of cancellation:
